Discovery & Briefing
A long first conversation about the site, the people, the way each day should unfold — and the brief we'll design against.
Concept & Design
A single design direction expressed in mood, materiality and a spatial narrative, followed by detailed drawings, joinery and lighting layouts.
Detailing & Approvals
Material palettes, finishes, bill of quantities, timelines and budgets — approved in full before a single wall is moved on site.
Execution
On-site supervision by our own team. Karigars, contractors, vendors — coordinated by one accountable studio, from civil to final coat.
Handover
Styled, photographed and walked through. The space is yours, resolved down to the last switchplate, with a 30-day warranty on execution.
