A lakefront residence in Udaipur where Mewar craft heritage is rewritten in a calm, contemporary register.
The Brief
The lake does the talking. Every principal room is framed towards the water, and the interiors stay deliberately quiet — arched openings, hand-worked stone and inlay used as accents rather than ornament. Heritage is present as proportion and craft, not as pastiche.
